The Intermediate Section of the Yang 108

The middle section of the long moving form consists of the movements listed below and should take at least 9 minutes at test speed.

Dimitri strikes with heel

    Embrace Tiger Return to Mountain
    Grasp the Bird's Tail, Diagonal Single Whip
    Looking at the Fist Under the Elbow
    Repulse Monkeys - three times: right, left, right
    Slant Flying
    Lift hands, Step Forward Strike with Shoulder, White Crane Spreads Wings, Brush Knee Push
    Picking Up the Needle at the Bottom of the Sea
    Fan Through Back
    Turn Around and Strike with Back Fist
    Step Forward, Deflect Downward, Intercept and Punch
    Grasp the Bird's Tail, Single Whip
    Cloud Hands - three times plus modified Single Whip
    High Pat on Horse
    Separate Right foot
    Separate Left Foot
    Turn and Strike with Heel Left
    Brush Knee Push
    Brush Knee Push
    Step Up and Punch Down
    Turn Around and Strike with Back Fist
    Step Forward, Deflect Downward, Intercept and Punch
    Strike with Heel Right
    Hit the Tiger Left
    Hit the Tiger Right
    Strike with heel Right

Two sections are particularly difficult, and unfortunately I cannot find video for them.

Minor Kicking Sequence: (From Single Whip)

Major Kicking Sequence: (From Step Forward, Deflect Downward, Intercept and Punch)
