Jan's Perfect Gaspacho

Cold fresh vegetable soup.

Plate

16 oz. V-8 juice
1 lb. whole tomatoes
2 oz. tomato paste
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Parsley
Dill
Paprika
Salt
White pepper
Tobasco
Garlic
Green peppers
Red onion
Cucumbers
Celery

Quantities are not too important; you can make it to taste, depending on what you have. If the whole tomatoes are fresh rather than canned, so much the better. All ingredients are simply minced and combined. It is best if you chop some with a food processor and some by hand, so you get a variety of textures.
