Erin's Artichoke Dip

This is nothing new. A lot of people make this dish. What can make it different and really greatly better than usual is to make it in a chafing dish.

Plate

2/3 cup Cardini's Original Caesar Dressing
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesan (or more)
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup diced tomato

The dish is normally baked. Instead, put all the ingredients (I usually make double quantity) in a chafing dish 45 minutes to an hour before the start of a party. Stir once or twice. Dip with a good bread.
